Welcome Homeowners!
Once you sign up for the Association website you will be granted access to most of the Association folders including a private Association directory of your neighborhood families. This contact information is restricted only to those homeowners and not shared with anyone or any company outside the Association. Each homeowner account creates their own login and password for access. Recommend all homeowners keep their contact information updated so communications and messages continue to your selected email account.
The Board has created this approach so you the homeowner can understand what is happening; when events are occurring in the Association; access to documentation you might want to review/fill out; project status; Board minutes; etc. This also includes an online encrypted payment process for our annual dues now activated, and can be found at the top right corner when you log-in. As you explore the website, we have included various documentation including the CC&Rs and amendments, FAQs, contact us, and a calendar of events throughout the year. Calendar events have the ability for RSVP confirmation indicating your attendance for meeting. We recommend your use of this feature for gauging attendance at various meetings.
This website can be accessed via any smartphones so you do not have to be limited to computer access at your home.
